At Whitemore & Daughters, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

You have 60 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached, for a full refund.

Free returns

Return shipping is free. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid label.

How to start a return

Email info@whitemoreanddaugthers.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send your prepaid label and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email us within 60 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before it ships? Email us and we'll cancel and refund in full.

Non-returnable

Final Sale items, gift cards, and items worn, washed or altered after delivery cannot be returned.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This policy adds to your legal rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
