Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves us.

Where your order ships from
We're a small label. Our pieces are made and dispatched by our fulfilment partner in Asia and shipped directly to you — that's how we keep the prices where they are without cutting corners on the fabric. It does mean delivery takes a little longer than a warehouse down the road, and we'd rather tell you that now than surprise you later.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties or taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

If something goes wrong
Delivery estimates can shift due to customs, weather or courier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email info@whitemoreanddaugthers.com and we'll chase it for you.
