60 days to change your mind
We want you to love what you ordered. If it isn't right, we'll make it right — and we'll pay for the return.
Returns
You have 60 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume or makeup marks, and with tags still attached.
Free return shipping
Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved we'll email you a prepaid label — pack it, attach it, drop it off.
How to start a return
- Email info@whitemoreanddaugthers.com with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send your prepaid label and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.
- Post it within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll confirm your refund by email. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Wrong size?
The fastest route is to return for a refund and reorder in the size you want. Prefer an exchange? Email us and we'll arrange it directly.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email us a photo and your order number within 60 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — at no cost to you, and in most cases without needing the item back.
Cancellations
Changed your mind before it ships? Email us as soon as you can and we'll cancel and refund in full.
What can't be returned
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This policy sits on top of your legal rights, it does not replace them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
